EB2-NIW I140 Only!!!
I have been trying to track the I-140 for EB2-NIW in my block.
Out of 200 cases (From my block, Average numbers Only & close to my case Median), including mine, 195 have already received a response, and there are 5 more (Case is Being Actively reviewed… the last movement was in July, since then “Still the same 5 cases”) to go between November 16th and November 27th.
NOTE: This info is illustrative only or to have in mind as a reference on how the cases on this block have been moving.
At the end no one knows how it goes…

Should I be concerned that my case wasn’t updated on Uscis to say it was sent to Department of State?

😒 quick question guys I’m confused
I received a notification about an action was taken on my case
but I haven’t seen any updates i spoke with a live agent an she
told me this………. I can see that your case is still within normal processing time I can also see that your case is processing at the Oakland Park Field Office where an immigration officer was looking at your case on 09/13/2024
I can also see that your interview is marked as waived. Please keep in mind that this can change. If you receive an interview notice, you will be required to attend. 🤔

waiting for My mother interview at Islamabad embassy DQ date is April 23 it’s almost 17 months now next month will
be 18 months no Interview yet is anyone else in similar situation or In similar dates and know any updates on how long it will be to get interview at Islamabad embassy people say 18 months
last I heard on some page people were saying embassy is processing December 2022 as of now ,
i'm angry
I just want to move on. This stress of waiting for 485 to be approved is really unnecessary. 62 days since they validated my 130, what's the point of not approving my 485.
