Caes transferred to field office
My I-485 file was transferred to “Sacramento “ field office ( not the same state/ city I live in) on 09/10/2024. Is there anyone here same like me , transferred to Sacramento fo,?if so, please let me know how long it took to approve/ produce green card ?

No Medical RFE Response Received Update from Hialeah FO
I am EB3 ROW PD Aug 5th 2021.
I sent Medicals RFe response for my family together to Hialeah FO. According to FedEX was received at the office on September 3rd 2024. Almost 2 weeks ago.
I have not received an update that the medicals were received on i485 case statuses.
can anyone share their experience or if I should be worried?

Can I be an agent for O1 applicant if I’m not a green card holder?
A friend of a friend is trying to get O1 visa (currently he's outside of the US) and he's asking me to be an agent for his case. I'm unsure if I can do it because I'm in the process of getting a green card (inside the US on H1, but with EAD and Advance Parole if that's important). I read several articles online, but I just want to double-check if I understood it right.

EAD delivered
I was so happy the day I found out that my EAD application was approved. I was crying. But today marks 500 days since we applied for the I-130/I-131/I-485 together and I applied for EAD late because I had an EAD based on OPT which expired in July. But somehow I don’t feel overjoyed, I feel grateful that I can go back to work but I just feel tired of waiting.
USCIS typo Error
USCIS made an error on my last name on I-130 approval notice. My lawyer submitted a request to correct it to USCIS but no response. When I asked my lawyer if there has been any responde from USCIS, he mentioned that they have not responded yet but can file a lawsuit against Homeland Security since the green card file petition was done through the hospital that I work.
Has anybody experienced this issue before and any suggestion on how I deal this thing?

Hello everyone,
Are there people here that have submitted their naturalization documents to the newark office? and if so, how long have you all been waiting?
I submitted my paperwork in April of this year and since Aug 17, 32 people have moved ahead of me which is frustrating to say the least.
Any advise?
