My primary applicant's country of birth is UAE..

I am the primary applicant , i got my 485 approved and my dependents(wife and kid) were called for interview and interview finished on monday , same day evening my kids 485 got approved and waiting for my wife 485 decision.

@No Body ,yes i accomapanied them for interview , i was actually sitting in the lobby and officers asked my wife is he your husband and asked me to come.

@Sr N How long did it take for USCIS to schedule an interview? Also, which field office?

Im in the same situation! But my husband (EB2) got his green card a month ago, he is the first applicant. I just got an update that says my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. How long after you got that update you got the interview date? Thanks to all in advance

@this that officer said 1-2 months to get the decision. but got on same day for my daughter and after a week for my wife.

@L MN Yes, they have scheduled it. I haven't received any mail notice yet though. By the way, did the officer check all original docs? My spouse’s(Primary applicant) birth certificate is missing, but they have the Photocopy. Do you think that is going to be an issue? However, the interview is for me derivative applicant and my spouses green card has already been approved. It's just that our applications were filed separately.

@this that I’m in the same situation (I’m my husband’s derivative applicant and he has been already approved, we filed separately). I’m not sure if it should be a problem (about the original certificate) I don’t think so if you have a copy, but maybe someone who has already had the interview could give you a better answer! good luck, everything is gonna be alright:)

@L MN Thanks When is your interview then? did you get an interview mail notice? How long were you both married before your application was filed? In my case, it was just 5 months and I think I was called for an interview because of this.

@this that I haven’t heard back from then since I got the “your case is ready to be scheduled “ so no updates yet😢. We been married for a year at the moment we sent my application! so maybe this is the reason too
