I tried but no luck. I went to school achieved my pct license now because I was u able to work I could not get it renewed. this is such a shame. it only takes 8 hours of paid work to renew my license and I was not able to achieve this . now I have to go back to school pay extra fees etc whenever USCIS decides to approve my work authorization.

I am extremely sad and my friend who has the identical case to mine got her work auth. approved in 3 weeks! I keep calling info pass and they are just saying they are overloaded but if you were overloaded how is it that you approve the newer cases!

@lisa frater Wow 🤯 this is bad. I complained so much for having to wait like 240 or so days. You did your biometrics right? They will not give you one without that done. Does not show in your timeline that you did them. Have you tried a congress person?
