I-131 approved after 2 years
Guys, I have questions about travel authorization. Has anyone here had any problems re-entering the country after traveling only with advanced parole? I confess that I'm a little afraid of traveling. I've never heard of anyone who went and wasn't able to re-enter. Please tell me about your experience.
why is taking so long???

I was wondering if you know why my I-130 is taking so long?? I check my account now says 13 months for the decision and my 485 change everyday, last week said 4 months and I checked today 6 months…. last updated was on June 14 because Emma told me, she also told me that everything is fine and now my case is in a FO office… Field Office Jurisdiction: (NJC) NEW JERSEY CENTRAL FIELD OFFICE does anyone has or had a case there? it's really frustrating 😔

I’ve been finally greened. I was looking forward to this day for a while and frankly it feels amazing not having to think of USCIS everyday perhaps every minute. Throughout my process I have had two RFE’s. First one was to have my birth certificate officially translated to English and the second one was for expired I-485 and expired medicals. After submitting both RFE’s my case hardly moved. I had a lawyer who I felt wasn’t doing enough and this lawfully community here gave me more information than ever. I am grateful for everyone sharing their journey, difficulties and solutions. Someone is reading. I’ll conclude by suggesting this for all those waiting, to conduct inquiries with not just your local Congressman but also to the offices of both Senators. Don’t underestimate inquiries. That’s why my case even got to be looked at. Thank you all for the motivations and may good news be on your way.

Hello, good day. My application is already 1 year old, and the last update was 8 months ago, stating that they were reviewing my case and that there was nothing pending at the moment. But yesterday, after 8 months, I received a new update that my I130 application is being actively reviewed as of September 14. I would like to know if this has also happened to any of you and if it is a sign that there will soon be news about my application. Thank you.

Hi guys;
I have a question. I am a refugee and I applied for green card a year ago. two months ago, the USCIS office requested an RFE from me because I had not sent my vaccine documents when I applied.
I did the vaccination and sent the documents.
they received my documents on July 31. since that date, there has been no change on my site. how long will it take for me to receive my green card?
I am worried because my work permit expires next month

Hello guys,
I am going to file my AOS next month in October. I am going to file EAD as well. my company is not in a great state right now..I don't know what will happen 3months/6months down the line and I might not have 180 days.
if EAD is filed and received before I get laid off ,but it's not quite 180 days yet...what can I do?
I know for a fact my company (MNC) will not rescind the i140 application. I am very worried..please help...

VAWA I-485 interview
Hello family
I recently had an interview and it did not go v smooth. My Attorny attended the interview with me. The interview lasted Hour and a half. It was a female officer and she ask my name DOB, address, took my id and birth certificate then she asked questions from i485 application which I answered correctly. After that she asked few questions from VAWA Application, I couldn’t recall exact dates and month of few incidents, she corrected me that dates are not right, so I told her these incidents happend arroud 10 years ago and I don’t remembered them exactly and trying to answer with best of my knowledge.
I don’t have a good feeling after the interview. She said she they will respond within 30-60 days.
Anybody who applied for VAWA, went through the same situation plz share your experience and outcome after the interview.

Does anyone know what is the average timeline for the response of an I-140 application for a Rest of the World or current PD countries in a regular process?
I know the USCIS page says 12-14 months but also says that if they have visas available (current PD) the cases are kind of “faster” because they give them priority.
