All process slow down?
Hello,
ı am waiting for my greencard. ı filed I-485 on 21 June 2024. pd 13 May 24. but it is not news. last update: as taken fingerprint and biometrics. my file is in nbc.
do you know recently about uscis process? ı guess, all process / visa types slowed down especially after election. what do you think about that?

my pd March 28(2024)-eb1b. I filed i-485 last June and biometrics was done July. My case is in NBC, too. I think we are on the same boat-:) hope to get an approval soon-

@Alice A hopefully you get it soon. My PD is May 16 2024 and I got my green card a month ago. keep contacting them. An officer might have forgotten your case or Gone on vacation. since you are current you won’t have to wait for a very long time.

There is a queue depending on pd and country. I have not heard of anyone waiting in line since 2022. @James Ali

there is no such thing as slow down. It is really slow since time in memorial lol!😂

@alice I used to contact Emma. but for your case you might need to call them and say info pass so they give you a tier 1 officer. The Emma ones can’t tell you much apart from the current status of your case.

ı called last friday the uscis. but the agent told me The process is ongoing. Do I have to request this officer appointment? Have you ever made such a request? @optima humanas
