it depends on several things (this is my own opinion as I’m not an immigration lawyer 😔) 1. How long did they stay previously? did they max out the 6 mos allowable time? 2. Do they have enough funds to cover their stay? 3. Depends on the CBP officer if they’re satisfied with answers provided. 4. Return ticket If their last visit is only a month or two, they’ll be fine if they go back within the year. if they max out the 6 months, CBP might ask more questions though if they return within the same year. Those are just some questions that they might ask, and if they’re satisfied, they will grant the visit.
