I did my visa On 2.22.23 and it was submitted to dept of state on 3.24.23, since 1-130 was approved too. Then we needed to get more information based on the 221-G form on 12.22.23. The status says REFUSED but never received a letter. Embassy gave a 2nd interview and all the paperwork was submitted on 6.25.24. The consular officer stated to please wait. I think 612 days is patient. Do you?
