please help I can’t have answer even nvc
I have two cases linked to each other at nvc all of them documents accepted, one of the cases goe DQ and the other one rfe of document that is already accepted , my question is anyone with the same situation, are they gonna give my son appointment separate than my wife ?? my son is year and half .

I am just wondering if anyone of you has a solo i-130 application at the NBC? There is no timeline for NBC cases on the uscis website. My application is i-130 only for spouse outside the US.

Concern About My Step-Daughter.
As a step-father I am to a minor, age 4 . During the day of my wife and step-daughter interview, will the U.S embassy asked or required her father signature or consent before traveling with her mother to the U. S? I’m a U.S Citizen, her mother and I got married in 2021, when she was only 3 years old. My step-Daughter doesn’t know her and he does nothing for her. My step-daughter considers me as her father.
