#lawyer hello to everyone I have a question I’m applied my visa about 6 mounts already and I have refuge status in france do you think it’s gonna effect my visa and embassy is gonna ask me any questions about that I sent my refuge status paper to them already I’m originally from turkey and my passport is turkish passport I don’t have French passport and documents I just have my refuge paper still waiting for my status in france

hey guys need ur help a bit worried here I sent in my response by mail it was delivered on the 27 of many still don’t get any updates on that however I forgot the light bill and I uploaded it on online just 30 which was my dead line…..I sent them a message tru my online account asking if they received my package and they respond that they got my RFE I sent in on June 30
dose this mean they only gonna use the one bill I sent in online 🤦🏽♀️

VAWA# expedite request
i filed Vawa in February 2022.i got evicted in april .but my name wasn’t on the lease.when i got evicted they didn’t put my name on the eviction paper
they put Jane Doe.because my abuser already left the house since 2021
but when i filed Vawa i sent proof of letter and bank statements with that same adress with my name and his name on them .nowi want to expedite my work permit .they need the eviction paper.i still got it.
can i still send it to USCIS?
