processing time
I keep calling USCIS they keep saying I can’t speak to a tier 2 Officer that my case is still in processing time I have applied since March of 2021 and went for interview since March of 31 2022 Since then nothing I just spoke to one of their agent who said I should wait till June of 2023.That’s is so sad

after expedite request denied
it's been 8 month ago, and I recently I made expedite request but I got noticed expedite request is not eligible. and they said "Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly."
Does it mean my case is will be processed soon? shortly?
it's pretty frustrating to wait whole process.
please advise.

k1 visa do I need a joint-sponsor ?
hey guys!
My tax return for 2021 falls below the poverty line. But at the beginning of 2022 I started a new job and now I am earning well enough. When I go to the interview, is the economic situation last year effective? do i need a joint-sponsor? is there anyone like me? what did u guys do ?
RFE Beware
I have 3 of 5 family members still waiting for GC. 1 of 5 EAD. We were encouraged to get our medicals done to speed things up. upon picking up our sealed medicals we received notice that our cases have been transferred to another office. So we sent the medicals to the new office. Two months later we received another RFE asking for the medicals for 1 of the three. The request came from a Florida office, not the NVC that we received the transfer notice. so now we had to get another copy sealed and will be sending to the new office. I was skeptical on doing the medicals prior to receiving the RFE, I would go ahead and get the medicals done after receiving approval and EAD’s, I just would not send them until you get a formal request.

Why i have not received prima facie yet it’s been 16 months ?
I filled my VAWA case on February 2021 and USCIS received on April .later I received letter saying that they used my old biometrics and January 2022 I received my work permit (EAD) C9 but never received prima facie .. do I have to worry about it , this it normal to not receive prima facie it’s been 16 months .. any help is appreciated.. Thank you .

Hey guys I am about to applie for the N-400. I heard some people got very fast and other theirs take long. So is it helpful if you are a good Resident I mean I never been in jail , never got any tickets, never got any policy report , never changed my address , never travel outside the country. Are those things will help me to get my interview faster than other or it doesn’t matter… I am live in Lincoln Nebraska

Question. I filed the i130 for my husband in the UK in March 2022. I was currently between jobs, so unemployed at that time and filed as such. I found and started a new job shortly after with a salary well above the needed income requirements for sponsorship. My question is, do I need to update/report that information to USCIS? Our case filing date was March 17th, and June 24th got notice it's currently being reviewed by USCIS, , no word since.

Have you guys gotten transfers going back and forth in 1 month? Is this good or bad?
It was from TSC to NBC and then from NBC to TSC back for my husband and not for me (primary).

pls I need advice this issue, my first interview I didn’t go with a lawyer for the interview, so my second interview I hire a lawyer, who represents us for the interview he went with us, so know decision yet on my case, so did case inquiries online , dice my case is take dat long no decision yet on my case. so I did case inquiries online, and I put my lawyer name there like is the one making inquiries for us, so according email I got from uscis after our reviewing your petition or application we found no evidence that a properly executed form G 28, notice or accredited representative, has been submitted,privacy law regulations prohibits the disclosure of information to an unauthorized party, I hope this will not have implications on my case or affect my case, please I need advice thanks
