Transfer: TSC to NBC and NBC to TSC (NIW EB-2)
Hi Family! I have a stupid question, but I will ask to learn from your experience on I-485. Have you guys gotten transfers going back and forth in 1 month? Is this good or bad? It was from TSC to NBC and then from NBC to TSC back for my husband and not for me (primary). Thanks!

I think is normal, I got mine EB2-NIW transferred from NBC>TSC and then back from TSC>NBC, latest transfer was on Match 17th 2022. About one week ago I got my Interview and Medicals appointment for Aug 22nd.

Ola Ana, Que Bom! mais uma brazuca aqui! então, sobre sua pergunta embrenho visto muitos casos sendo transferido de volta para o Texas, em alguns casos quando o I-140 ainda não está aprovado inquérito não é seu caso, em outro momentos isso tem acontecido quando a entrevista e dispensada então eu acredito que seja uma boa notícia!

Eles estão fazendo muitas coisas para agilizar os processos, assim como o fabiano mencionou acredito q seja uma boa notícia, logo você deve receber a RFE dos exames e a mensagem que o cartão está sendo emitido 🙏🏻

nosso caso foi transferido para o NBC dia 20 de Julho estou só esperando a RFE do medicals e torcendo para o GC sair até Setembro.

Our lawyer received the RFE requesting the medicals today. The letter came from the FO, but our process is still in NBC
