after expedite request denied
it's been 8 month ago, and I recently I made expedite request but I got noticed expedite request is not eligible. and they said "Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly."
Does it mean my case is will be processed soon? shortly?
it's pretty frustrating to wait whole process.
please advise.

@Daajiyab Lamb how long did you wait for whole process 765? and did you get 131 approval as well ?

PD 10/8. approval July 12 .. our cases a bit different (i130) but the message is pretty uniform. meaning from those I seen that have received this message regardless of "type of petition", received approval shortly after. I hope your time is soon.

1 month ago after my interview I got the approval

I've never heard back from my I-485 expedite and still have no interview scheduled since February biometrics
