Yes my i140 has been approved. I’m in healthcare management.

These days they were waiving interview. but if you have remained engaged in yout Propost endeavor field, there won't be any issue. All the best.

okay good. I would recommend going through your employment history and be prepared to answer any questions related to maintaining your immigration status until this point. If you are still on F1 status bring all the documents to prove that. Couple more questions. Which service center approve your I-140? Did your I-485 transfer to FO? If yes which feild office?

My i140 was at Texas Service Center. For my i485, it was transferred to NBC then I’m sure since my interview would be at my field office the i485 should be there.

For NIW, my lawyer made to provide a signed statement that I would remain engaed in my field of experties. Thats what they call proposed indeavor
