A W you can always start the process as a GC holder then once you become a USC take the i-130 or i-485 ( depending on where the process will be) with you to your swearing in ceremony and they’ll prioritize her case

right now she’s in Africa and got her visiting visa.

so she comes and stay till I get my Cifizen and fill for her or she needs to do the back and forth until that time.

she can only visit you as a tourist

I just try a visiting visa for my Mom. with all the docs the ask for and then she got it. with a lot of prayers. but the interview date took like forever before we got the date.
