as a resident you can only summed the i130 first when that one gets approved then you can summed the i485. as citizen you can summed Botha the same time

@Lisa T , I am assuming that your spouse is currently in the US with valid non-immigration status. If so then, file I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131 all together. I am a green card holder and did the same for my spouse. All forms were approved within 11 months. Good luck!

@lisa , you can file together if spouse is in USA and the priority date is current for F2A category in visa bulletin

Yeah we did talk to a multiple lawyers and that’s why I asking. Seems like people who says i-130 going first don’t really talking about now. As I read at USCIS and as @Buzz King said rn for F2A pd is current which means you can actually apply all forms together. If i130 going first, you just loosing time for i-130 and money for maintained status. But if you file forms 130 and 485 together being in legal status in the moment of filing you don’t have to maintained cause for i485 you should be in lawful status just in orfed to adjust.

And USCIS site said you can concurrent file if you’re US citizen OR if visa available immediately which is “current” status for F2A category at visa bulluten website

btw, our lawyer filed for us concurrently in F2A category. so, it’s verified info. we are in biometrics phase
