I ran into a problem that’s personal with my lawyer. tell me what to do if you was in my place
i filed for VAWA about 2 years ago and that’s because my ex husband was abusive and he has multiple relationships outside our marriage, he got caught multiple times until I filled for divorce, anyways, one of those chicks he was with, I had pictures of them and all the proofs, I found her working as a front desk at my lawyer office and it blew my head. I’m here bcuz of people like her and my ex.
and right now it’s so uncomfortable, I told my lawyer that his employee is one of the girls I saw with my ex and all he did was assured me she won’t be able to access any of my info.
I’m still not happy that she’s there. what should I do?

Hola, tengo un inconveniente.
Necesito ingresar a el Centro de Solicitud Electrónica Consular (CEAC): https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/. Para poder ver el estatus de mi caso y ver que sigue PERO me pide el ID de factura y no tengo eso. Me he contactado 2 veces con USCIS por el Inquirity form pero me responden lo mismo que tengo que actualizar el correo ingresando a la plataforma pero como voy a ingresar si no tengo el ID. El numero de caso de NVC ya lo tengo, pero no tengo la carta de bienvenida porque supongo que llega al correo que no tengo y por eso quiero actualizarlo en la plataforma. Ellos ya actualizaron por mi el correo postal pero el caso esta por fuera de los tiempos de espera y no me ha llegado nada. Alguien sabe ese ID de factura en donde lo encuentro?.

VSC does not process Form I-485's that are based on an approved Form I-360. Thus, the Form I-485 will be relocated to a field office for further processing. However, your constituent has other petitions(u visa) pending processing at VSC. The Form I-485 that is found in your constituent's A-file, cannot be separated out for relocation. Thus, the Form I-485 will not be relocated till your constituent's other pending filings(U visa) have been processed. anyone have same or any suggestion
