so, everyone keep saying ask your congress man for help so I did! my question is how do you know if they will make an inquiry on your behalf? I got a generic email responses. will I get a follow up email? anyone who has done this please share your experience. thanks. FYI CENTER CHANGED TO TEXAS

Case Approve at USCIS
Hi my case was approve at USCIS at 22 Mars . i Subbmited the docoment 17 Aprile . Than i recive a message from NVC that my sponsore dosen complete the minimal incomes. Sow i subbmited a new sponsor. Do you know how much time will need the NVC to procces my data. Do they need to approve the documents in the system ? where they can send me the interview data ?

Marriage based 485 for wife already in US
hi Lawfully family, my wife who is already in the US through H1B will be added into my EB application (ongoing). Suppose my 485 is approved before her 485 is applied would we have to also file I130? or would we Not need to file 130 since she is already in the US? Thanks in advance!
