NOID RESPONSE
I filled a form i 130 petition for my spouse on june ,2021 and after 362 days received NOID notice from uscis bcz of insufficient proofs . I already respond to uscis with all the proofs . Anyone is on same situation or experienced this ? please share
If someone can tell any estimate time how long will take to get decision from uscis after submitting all the documents ? please share your experience

Hi Sorry to tell you but times vary for NOID response it can take 1 month to until you hear from USCIS. I personally got NOID and got decision after 4 Months. Good Luck Hope you hear good news soon 🍀

my field office was California service center on receiving letter but NOID notice recived from Nebraska service center. I can’t say anything where is my case process as my attorney said once we receive noid response from uscis then we know where they process our case !
