I’m green card holder for 10 years based on mariage with us spouse , I’m planing to apply for citizenship after 3 years what kind of papers they ask for citizenship, do my wife needs to go with me to the interview? thank you guys

Oh ok. I’ve heard people say that no one can go with you to the interview unless it’s your lawyer. They usually ask for your birth documents,taxes, any incarceration papers if any etc.

if we received employment based GC not as a primary but as a derivative, do we still need to file for citizenship together or are the derivatives considered independent once they receive their GC?
