I would like to know how long my request is taking. I already had an IR-2 category green card but I stayed out of the country for more than a year due to medical problems and I had to start a new petition. I still have a valid green card. #help

the date on “Your case is being actively reviewed” has changed
so we filed I-130 on November of 2021, and our case status has been just “received” until august of this year, where its status changed to “actively been reviewed”, then I checked my status today and the date of being actively reviewed changed from August 17 to September 20th. does this date change mean anything? why does it change?

Enough Bona Fide Evidence for i-130
Hi all, I hope everyone is well.
My wife is overseas and I submitted my i-130 in February 2022. But I am worried I will get an RFE because for the
Bona Fide evidence.
I only included 2 affidavits from 2 people who attended our wedding and 1 wedding photo of me, my wife, and my immediate family.
Besides this I included all the other required documents: marriage certificate with translation, picture of me, a picture of my wife, and i130A.
I am worried this is not enough evidence and I will get an RFE which will cause more delays 😥 Can anyone help me out?

One step closer: I-130 Approved
My husband’s I-130 petition was approved today while my AOS is still pending. No interview scheduled so far.
I also can see in my documents tab that I have been issued an RFE from the Brooklyn field office for police clearance documentation because my fingerprints were deemed unclassifiable. Hopefully it won’t be long now until the AOS application is approved as well.

Hi Guys,
I have received my I-130 approval on 24th August 2022 after waiting for good 22 months for this day however on the approval letter they asked me to file for I-824 because i choose both the options of AOS and immigration visa overseas i guess. i have filed for I-824 because i didnt want to delay my process even a single day now as its quite frustrating that i again i have to go through the waiting period and have heard that this a least priority form in USCIS.
Any suggestions to what can be done parallel to I-824 processing period to get my approved petition sent to NVC

I have filed two cases I 130 for both of my children on Morris 23 one of the cases of God reviewed by the USCIS it’s been five months since they are with the only in the case on July 13 they started reviewing the other case it’s been 23 days since they started reviewing the case so when should I expect to get approved because my kids they need to start school in America and I need to start working there

Case Approved 🎉🎉🎉
Case finally approved after waiting over a year for a decision. I recieved an email saying "we have taken action against your case". Once I logged into my account, I saw an Approved letter under documents. My case started at Nebraska before being transfered to Potomac. The wait was long but I'm glad its over and we are onto the next stage with NVC 🎉🎉 #potomac #i-130
