I was just checking my status" As of April 12, 2021, we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative" i was curious about the number before and after my case number which have been approved or either asked for evidence and mine still "actively reviewing " so my question.... does USCIS check case by case following last 2 digits number. Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS I-130

Hi everyone, My attorney said if you don't pay tax and rights and have used government benefits, it will affect your process! He believes it is a reason that all cases processing are diffrent. I am not sure if he is correct or not! But guys, what do you think? please all of you answer here if you have a long process or standard time? And if you have a long process do you use benefits such as food stamps? ? did you pay your tax every year? Thank you all, I hope all of us get good news soon. #I-130

Service Center Confusion

I applied I-130 through lawyer for my wife who is abroad. It been 2 months since i applied and the receipt number start with IOE. We have received case recieved letter but on mine the service center is Vermont Service Center and my lawyer letter has Potomac Service Center. When I called the uscis customer service, they said it should be at potomac because receipt number starts with IOE but it has Vermont Service Center. I called 3 times and they all were confused. I dont know which processing time should look at. It is confusing. #130 #i130 #i-130 #vermont #potomac #servicecenter

#i-130 #K3visa How do you do it? My husband can't come to the country with a K3 visa or Green card. Being apart is so hard. We got married this past July in the Dominican Republic.

How long did your I-130 case take to change from "Being reviewed" to "Approved"?

Today, my I-130 case status changed to "Case is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS". Priority Date: August 13th, 2021.

Texas Service Center now 10-13months for I-130 IR/CR-1

this is really frustrating. Texas service center is now taking longer to approve I-130. I really hope they do something to speed up the process :/ #i-130 #texas

My I-130 was At athe California service center from what i knew, until today when i asked emma for an agent and i was informed that my case is At the Vermont Service Center Now!! #vermontservicecenter #I-130
