Case Approved 🎉🎉🎉
Case finally approved after waiting over a year for a decision. I recieved an email saying "we have taken action against your case". Once I logged into my account, I saw an Approved letter under documents. My case started at Nebraska before being transfered to Potomac. The wait was long but I'm glad its over and we are onto the next stage with NVC 🎉🎉 #potomac #i-130

just imagine mins is still under review and I am a US citizen most people that I did filled long before them are already getting their decision, and on the uscis website stated. that we process case in order that are received, it does seem like they are following what was stated on their website 🤔 I don't know if they are delaying my process due the country am from nigerian 🤔 well congrats to you

someone who had a spouse from Nigeria got approved, they filed in July I believe.

Congrats!!🎉🎊 I was officially approved yesterday but got the notice on the 20th.

@Asma Saleh I submitted our children's birth certificates, joint bank account, joint property lease, and pictures of all of us together. We have been married for 5 years so I don't know if that also helped
