I was on category F2 since 2011 then I got married in 2018 and now moved to F3. Case actively reviewing since February 2022. How long till we get a feedback from Uscis? Will I wait till old priority date is current again for F3 or will they ask me to proceed with my process. #F3. #I-130. #Texasservicecentre.

Since i-824 seems like it is being used for different purposes and with different timelines, just want to get a sense of how the wait time is. How long did it take to get approved for the people who just needed their recently approved i-130 to be forwarded to NVC? Thanks in advance.

Help with I-824 form after I-130 approval
I am in a situation where I have to file I-824. Is it better to file with a lawyer? Also, in the form, I just need to file as petitioner, provide my wife’s info in part 3 principal beneficiary, and select 1d in section 2. Is that right? I just want to ensure I don’t miss anything. I am assuming the dependents section in part 3 is only if you have kids. #I-130 #I-824

i-130 at Potomac Service Center
PD for my i-130 is May 4, 2021, Potomac. Actively reviewing since July 4. I see people with PD later than mine being approved.
I was/am in removal proceeding and was supposed to appear in court on July 7, 2021, but court got postponed and there has not been any rescheduled court date till this day. My lawyer says the court will most likely not give me a new date because of limited resources and more "serious" cases in the backlog as a result of covid (seeing that I haven't committed a crime and I'm not high risk).
I assume most people who file a single i-130 as opposed to filing the joint i-130/i-145 have a similar case as mine.
Does being African married to an African American affect these things?
Is anyone out there (approved or not) with a similar case willing to share experiences and ideas? It'll be greatly appreciated.

EB3 pending, fiancé a Citizen
Hi all!
I have a pending I-140 with PD May 2021 filed concurrently with other paper works which are all pending as well in Nebraska Service Center. Biometrics done October 2021.
My then boyfriend proposed early this year and tentative marriage will be end of 2022 or early 2023. Fiancé and I are thinking of filing for family category petition after marriage but we are unsure of how to proceed since my I-140 and other documents are still pending. Anybody went through the same situation? Any advice? Thank you!

this questions is for the people that have already finished their Visa application and AOS on the CEAC site, where any of you requires to email the docs to the NVC even after uploading on the CEAC system when submitting the application and form? please advise I am confused as if I should also email or if it’s not necessary (I was not sent a request to email anything but when you go do the application it says email docs to …..) so I want to know if anyone had to email. thank you! #nvc #visaapplication #ceac #i-130 #spousevisa #uscis

Hi guys, my son's case "F2b" was updated today, and it is the third time that nothing changed and shows the same status "case is being actively by USCIS" First time was Sep 30th, 2021, the second time was yesterday, Feb 14th, 2022, and today Feb 15th. :(
Is anyone has the same experience? I am confused about what is going on! #i-130 #f2b
