Waiting for my I-130 to be approved
hi guys! i hope y'all can give me some sort of advice or suggestions of what i can do. my husband and I filled for I-130. He's a permanent resident and I'm living outside the US. we submitted the case on July 7 2021 and the last update I received was on Feb 21 2022 they're reviewing the case and nothing else. I'm so hopeless actually and I feel so tired about this. I'll receive any advice from you guys. #I-130 #F2A

Hello, my wife is Japanese and I am a U.S. citizen. We have been married for four years and filed our I-130 online. It appears to have been actively processing since it was submitted on July, 3rd, 2022 at the Nebraska Service center. The USCIS website says it will take up to 6 months to approve. FINALLY THANK GOD MY I-130 GOT APPROVED IVE BEEN WAITING SINCE NOVEMBER 2019. I LIVE IN NEW YORK AND MY CASE WAS IN VERMONT SERVICE CENTER IT TOOK A LONG TIME BUT IT IS NOW APPROVED. #i-130

Will relocating help I130 processing time?
Hello everyone! I work from home full time and I filed I130 for my spouse who is in India. I reside in Atlanta Georgia and the application went to California service center and my priority date is 01/28/2022. I checked the processing time of I130 and see that Texas service center processing time is 5 months compared to California service center which is 24 months.
Can anyone help me make a decision here based on their experience or someone else experience? If I move to Texas and submit form AR 11 l, will the application be transferred to Texas service center and can I expect a quicker process?

Was he/she able to help you speed up the process ?
I previously tried to put a service request but it did not help.
I also contacted my Congress and Senator Offices without any success.
My husband and I are tired of the wait as most of us on this app.

Travel to US on Visitor Visa while I-130 is pending
Hi, my spouse already has a valid B1 visitor visa. I filed I-130 to immigrate her to the US last month.
I'm aware that it is difficult (but not impossible) for her to visit me in the states since she has shown an immigration intent by being the beneficiary of the petition. Would really appreciate any success/failure stories on entering the US while I-130 is pending.

Help with I-824 form after I-130 approval
I am in a situation where I have to file I-824. Is it better to file with a lawyer? Also, in the form, I just need to file as petitioner, provide my wife’s info in part 3 principal beneficiary, and select 1d in section 2. Is that right? I just want to ensure I don’t miss anything.
