I-130 wrongly sent to NVC, how long to get it transfer back from NVC to USCIS?
in 2018, our I-130 got approved. Today we had our I-485 interview. The interview went okay but officer told us she cannot make a decision until our I-130 case gets transferred back to USCIS. She said she has no idea why it is in NVC. Anyone has similar experience? How long does it usually take to get it back to USCIS? #I-130 #NVC #I-485

i have a question regarding my case, can any one tell me, my case pd march/1/2020 after 2 years my case status changed into "case is being actively reviewed by uscis" since February/17/2022 after 10.5 Months my case status directly changed into "my Case interview was scheduled" no DQ no email from USCIS. Is this case is in normal situation? I'm worried about my case, now its been 26 days for interview was scheduled waiting for mail; help me if anyone have experienced about these types of problems, is it possible that before DQ interview was scheduled?

Hi All,
I have i-485 & i-130 pending since last year Sep 2021. (I got EAD and AP approved in May 2022)
I-485 has been actively reviewed since Nov 2021.
I-130 just got an update that is being reviewed after being "case received" status over 14 months.
Do you think I should expect a decision sooner? Has anyone gotten similar changes?

Help needed
My i130 got approved and now the case is in NVC. I am unemployed, preparing for my exam and haven't filed a tax since i came in USA. I have my brother who wished to become a joint sponsor. He will fill i864 as a joint sponsor.
Now my question is, Do i need to file my own I864 or not? Will my joint sponsor's I864 is sufficient?
