I-130 Petition Inquiry
Hi, My PD for I-130 is 11/16/2021. I recently made an inquiry to USCIS as my petition was outside of normal processing time. i got a response from the FO saying “It is currently pending pre-adjudication checks.” Did anyone receive the response saying the same after you inquired? What does it mean? I haven’t received anything from USCIS after the receipt notice. Please provide a feedback if you made an inquiry and who has got their case approved recently. #i-130 #october2021

I just did the same thing, inquired about outside processing time.. was told an office will review this in 2-4 weeks. and that the delay was probably due to a needed interview

I did as well and I inquired twice and still nothing 🙂
