my case date is Sep 30, 2022 and it has been actively reviewed since Oct 6 in California Service Center. The beneficiary is also in the DR. From what I’ve heard, it does mean much, but I hope for a fast process because I’ve seen people in this app that takes them up to 14 to 16 months just to ge approved.

@N Espinal, Yea your right really doesn’t mean much but compared to some cases I’ve seen that have longer submission time and haven’t even received the activity reviewed part I was surprised. Hopefully it works out for all of us 🙌🏼. Only god knows.

@Pali Sidhu, I didn’t file any of those just a regular I-130 petition, I married my spouse in our country.
