One step closer: I-130 Approved
My husband’s I-130 petition was approved today while my AOS is still pending. No interview scheduled so far.
I also can see in my documents tab that I have been issued an RFE from the Brooklyn field office for police clearance documentation because my fingerprints were deemed unclassifiable. Hopefully it won’t be long now until the AOS application is approved as well.

@John, I think it’s just load balancing after the I-130 was filed electronically. Indeed, the approval notice ultimately came from Nebraska.
