Enough Bona Fide Evidence for i-130
Hi all, I hope everyone is well. My wife is overseas and I submitted my i-130 in February 2022. But I am worried I will get an RFE because for the Bona Fide evidence. I only included 2 affidavits from 2 people who attended our wedding and 1 wedding photo of me, my wife, and my immediate family. Besides this I included all the other required documents: marriage certificate with translation, picture of me, a picture of my wife, and i130A. I am worried this is not enough evidence and I will get an RFE which will cause more delays 😥 Can anyone help me out? #i-130 #TexasServiceCenter #Pakistan

Add more pictures, take screenshots of conversations and calls, and send receipts if you ever send her money

No, it won’t get delayed by adding additional evidence. Ideally, by the time someone actually looks at your case, they’ll see all this evidence and won’t feel the need to send you an RFE.

F2A 164 days ago, nothing yet :( but I’m adding photos and flight receipts to unsolicited evidence too, twice a month if it is possible.

check your service center still it’s in texas or they might be moved to Nebraska. it happens to me

Same, I tried to check it but don’t know where, my receipt starts with IOE but paper says received from California SC, I changed my address and the address change confirmation email came form Nebraska SC, I don’t know what this means.

you have to call them or ask Emma, to connect with a live agen say info pass with a live agent , until someone responds keep saying
