US citizens filing for spouse (I-130) category (IR-1) CSC.
hello everyone,
good morning from Pakistan,
hope you all are doing well,
i have a question regarding my case, can any one tell me, my case pd march/1/2020 after 2 years my case status changed into "case is being actively reviewed by uscis" since February/17/2022 after 10.5 Months my case status directly changed into "my Case interview was scheduled" no DQ no email from USCIS. Is this case is in normal situation? I'm worried about my case, now its been 26 days for interview was scheduled waiting for mail; help me if anyone have experienced about these types of problems, is it possible that before DQ interview was scheduled?

you should contact USCIS because you will need a interview letter or welcome letter in the interview.
when did your status changed ?

where you get the information interview schduel?if you have any prove of interview schduel get print and go for the interview

there are two types of process when you are outside in U.S and your i130 approved uscis they send u a NVC after nvc Dq they send u automatically embassy of your country
the second process is when your are inside of and your ii130 approved uscis they send u interview in inside of u.s
that' why i say your case looking like They forwarded in Some office of The U.S
