Hello Everyone, I have a question for everyone who has filed for their parents and who are citizen of the country. So, I have filed Form I-130, which has been under review for the last three months. Do I need to fill out any other application apart from the I-130? or do I need to wait for USCIS to send me an email with the next steps?  #i-130 #i-485 #parents

is it consular processing? if yes, the I-130 needs to be approved first, which will then be sent to NVC at which point you will submit other documents. if your parent is in the US and you are adjusting his/her status to a green card holder, then file 485, travel documents etc,

@PB, yes, approved sine June 23rd. at NVC awaiting DQ. I hope you get there soon. too sad because late filers are getting approved very early
