I was expecting at least an EAD after 7 months of long wait but thankfully I got approved for a combo card.

EAD expedite request, no response almost 1 year
I'm on a VAWA case.
Had my EAD every year renewed. Expired this Feb 2022 and filed for renewal before. USCIS received it too late so the 540 days auto extension doesn't apply.
Company put me on leave of absence since July.
My attorney sent an expedite request including my financial situation + a written letter from my company (a very well known one). No response
It's been almost a year. What's going on with USCIS?

How long after Principal’s EAD/AP gets Approved would the Dependent get approved?
My husband’s EAD/AP was approved on Sep 24th-26th.
Based on your experiences how long would It take for the dependent to get theirs approved?

Expedited request
Hi everyone, I raised an expedited request at the NSC for EAD, but my request was denied. However USCIS ended the email with the following paragraph:
”U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing time.
We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience.”
Has anyone had a similar experience and how long after did it take for you to get approved?

Multiple EAD expedite requests denied
I’ve filed multiple EAD expedite requests over the course of the last couple of weeks, grounded on financial loss. I’m unemployed and with a pending offer letter - waiting for the work permit.
I’ve filed via mail, phone, and Emma - all denied. I’ve also reached out to two Senators, and their requests got denied as well.
Senator got this response: “[…] we are informed that expedited processing requests based solely on loss of employment or future employment will not be granted.[…]”
And USCIS replied to me with: “We received your request for expedited processing, but we will not accommodate that request. Based on a review of your request, your case does not meet one or more of the expedite criteria or otherwise merits expedited processing. We review all expedite requests on a case-by-case basis, and we accommodate them at the sole discretion of the agency.”
EAD is pending for 7 months.
