EAD expedite request- treatment for clinical anxiety disorder as a valid medical reason?
My husband and I have been waiting for his EAD for almost 120 days. If he loses his job, he would lose access to health insurance/HSA that can help him pay for doctor visits, therapy, and medications for his newly diagnosed anxiety disorder. I also rely on these things to pay for treatment for my own chronic anxiety and depression.
We can't afford to pay out of pocket (he's our breadwinner; I'm a grad student who makes only about $5k/year). Can these count as valid medical reasons to expedite his EAD/ensure he keeps his job?
