c31 Category is VAWA, so a PF is to let you know your case is eligible for the petition you filed

I mean Prima Facie determination if issued to you simply means you qualify to file for VAWA and your case will be reviewed

@zz don’t worry about anything, PF doesn’t matter, i saw few cases who didn’t receive PF, tgey got VAWA Approved within a year

@z z Prima Facie is a document stating we received your application and checked it to meet the criteria of a VAWA petition so it’s issues for you to receive benefits needed
