my case based on pending I-485, I filed I-765 and I-131 as well. when my I-765 reached outside of normal processing time I submitted e-request through website. Normally takes about 30 days to get a response but in my case they’ve never responded until I called them up to ask what’s going on so the agent I spoke with told me that he will put me in contact with tier 2 officer. no one contact me though but 2 days after that called my I-765 was approved and card is being produced. luckily they gave me combo card. So overall it took 414 days. hope this helps. and hope you get good news soon.

sorry for late response. when I called I ask them why the inquiry I requested for my I-765 case outside of normal of processing time was not responded. I told them it’s been 30 days and no response received at all. the agent I spoke too told me that he would put me in contact with tier 2 officer which is their supervisor i guess, tier2 officer didn’t contact me but my case was approved 2 days after that called. if you have waited more than 30 days and received nothing I think you call them and if they didn’t put you in contact with tier 2 officer you can ask to speak with tier 2 officer. they will put you in and tell you how long it would take for them to contact you back and give you a reference number as well. I hope this helps and I wish you hear good news soon. it will happen eventually and don’t lose hope.
