Hello,
Regarding i-765 EAD (C09, marriage based), should a renewal application be mailed to Vermont service center or NBC?
NOTE: I have i-485 adjustment application pending (held in abeyance) at NBC and i-360 VAWA petition pending at Vermont center.
2021: i-485, i-130, i-765…. filed at NBC
2022: i-360 VAWA filed at VSC

No EAD update after one year
Just wanted to share my experience.
My EAD expired last year on Feb 9th, 2022. I filed for an extension in Jan 2022 but because USCIS received my case on Feb 11th or something it was too late and not eligible for the automated 540 days extension or whatever that was.
Been unemployed since about the summer 2022. My attorney and I filed a proof of hardship including written letter of support from my company, multiple times to request an expedite. Even reached out to congress.
Nothing. nothing nothing.
It's been a year now. still nothing.
Good thing I'm selling drugs and selling my body and doing OnlyFans to keep a roof over my head. (sarcasm).
Nobody is addressing this broken system? How are people like us going to survive? #ead #eadexpedite #vawa

EAD expedite request- treatment for clinical anxiety disorder as a valid medical reason?
My husband and I have been waiting for his EAD for almost 120 days. If he loses his job, he would lose access to health insurance/HSA that can help him pay for doctor visits, therapy, and medications for his newly diagnosed anxiety disorder. I also rely on these things to pay for treatment for my own chronic anxiety and depression.
We can't afford to pay out of pocket (he's our breadwinner; I'm a grad student who makes only about $5k/year). Can these count as valid medical reasons to expedite his EAD/ensure he keeps his job?

EAD approved after ca. 6 months
Approved today. National Benefits Center. (Newark FO, though I think that is not relevant for EAD..?)
I guess if I-131 is still pending it will not include the AP on the combo card, right?

OPT-Stem extension - Please help
Hey guys, in a bit of problem here.
I’m just graduated my second master’s degree in the US, and my school DSO said I’m not eligible for either an OPT or STEM extension. My first master’s degree was in the same school (2018 - 2020) but wasn’t STEM eligibile, and did my OPT and start my current master’s degree (2021 to 2022). I don’t know what to do and been making research to see if at least I’m eligible for a STEM extension.

I received prima facie determination in c31 category in vawa in December. I had filled a i-765 back in February 2022 after filling for vawa in August 2021. what's the next step? attorney wants to file ead, AP and green card.
how long would that take to process and issue?
but the i-765 was filled earlier this year ( February 2022) . im very confused, so if someone can help explain . id greatly appreciate it
