I765 c9, EAD Extension
can someone share any thoughts or experiences about how long did it take for you receive EAD extension approval under c9? Is getting approval for extension faster than getting the first EAD?
I see processing times at immigration centers which spans 11.5 to 18.5 months depending on which centers, but there is no category to choose c9 extension.

Received Notice Stating I am eligible for EAD extension
Hi everyone, as the title states, I filed for EAD for the first time with concurrently filed TPS application on February 2nd. Received biometrics appt for 10 March and before my biometrics I received an email saying I’m eligible to work with or without the card and a notice will be sent to me before 13 March week.
I received the notice on 9th March and I’m confused bc it says “automatic extension for EAD” but this is my first time applying for EAD. Could the notice be a mistake they sent to me? #EAD #TPS
I-360 VAWA finally approved after 9 years journey, need advice
My journey started in 2014. Fast forward to early 2020 when I decided to apply for VAWA because things didn't work out as it should.
I had my EAD every year renewed while I was waiting. However, due to COVID the extension renewal didn't come in time last year so I got laid off and unemployeed since Aug 2022. Reached out to congresswomen and filing for expedite didn't help either.

Today my I-360 after 3 years, finally got approved! With that, the approval letter says that my EAD will be sent to me seperately.
I am not celebrating yet because I don't have the green card in my hands yet.
The whole point of this post is to ask others who are in similar position: What's next? How long is the waiting time for the actual interview? And how difficult is the interview process?

I130 approved..I485 pending
Hi everyone!
I applied for AOS through marriage in September 2022. I filled I130 and I485 concurrently. Yesterday, I received a notification that my I130 was approved. I haven't received any updates regarding I485 nor the interview, yet. Today I received an RFE for the Medical Exam to be completed before May. Has anyone had a situation like this? I have always thought that I would need to take my Medical Exam form to the interview, and that I130 is approved only after the interview. Thanks In advance. #i485 #i130 #ead

No EAD update after one year
Just wanted to share my experience.
My EAD expired last year on Feb 9th, 2022. I filed for an extension in Jan 2022 but because USCIS received my case on Feb 11th or something it was too late and not eligible for the automated 540 days extension or whatever that was.
Been unemployed since about the summer 2022. My attorney and I filed a proof of hardship including written letter of support from my company, multiple times to request an expedite. Even reached out to congress.
Nothing. nothing nothing.
It's been a year now. still nothing.
Good thing I'm selling drugs and selling my body and doing OnlyFans to keep a roof over my head. (sarcasm).
Nobody is addressing this broken system? How are people like us going to survive? #ead #eadexpedite #vawa
