Combo card received but I-131 still pending
I-765 got approved and I received the combo card with this printed at the bottom: “SERVES AS I-512 ADVANCE PAROLE.”
but my I-131 is still pending. Has anyone seen this? is it safe to leave the country?

it’s a combo card for a reason.
your I-131 is approved since you got the combo card.
if you have no criminal history you’re safe to travel. try not to stay longer than two weeks if you can.

I received my combo January 13th but 131 still pending.. talked to emma live agent they said you have the rights no worries..

if you go to your myuscis account, you will see case closed above your i-131 app. so its all good.

mine says the same almost two months later after receiving comb card , my lawyer said it’s fine no need to worry as long as received the documents

if you look at the top of the case status online you’ll see that the case is closed

@L k No I have not! talked to couple of lawyers they all said same thing “don’t travel” just because I have overstayed in my background.. otherwise it’s all good to travel.. thank you and same to you brother 🙏🏽
