Local Filing for I-130 Petitons?
Hello everyone! I’m wondering if, due to the pandemic, anyone was able to file form I-130 from a US Embassy abroad? I live overseas with my husband, and it’d be much more convenient for us to file directly with my embassy, but they’re not accepting phone calls right now :/

any advice for VAWA
me and my wife married for two and half year and we have approval i-130 with pending i-485.Aftter we get marriage she quick the job and I have to work for rent, foods and even her gas,cellphone, computer etc. I haven't received ead but I gotta working eleven hours for six day of a week.And now she fond some guys and dating with him all night(overnight) and she stealing money from our joint bank account many times.One time she punch me for not getting $1000 and I gotta pay for that.Today she try to take all the money that I have in bank account and try to move out with this guy. Could you please tell me what to do, how to file VAWA and any advice for good lawyers. I have all the evidences. I appreciate for you guys in this forum and wish all your dreams come true.

How do I add my 15 Month Old?
Dear community, my father filed for me over seven years ago, he is a US citizen. and I recently became eligible to apply for a visa to come to the United States. I am 35 years old so I had to wait that long for my priority date. But here’s my problem, I had a baby 15 months ago and my baby was not included in the original petition for obvious reasons. Does my father need to start a new petition for my baby girl or does he just need to add a few documents for her so she can come with me when I travel to the US.? please help.
