well I can tell so you know they did the same to my case and I am still waiting and they get my case 13 months before yours they are just all the way incompetent

they requested more evidence and I send it and I still waiting and the request was like 8 month ago is crazy and unfair

@R y. sorry to hear that. are you considered to be under the Texas processing time or Vermont’s? my case was transferred from Texas to Vermont and it has been dormant for 9 months. hope to hear from them soon. it’s cruel to get transferred from a Normal processing officer to Vermont (30 to 40 months)!

when I call they say that now is time of Vermont they say they move sometimes so is faster but I say that’s not the case because clearly Vermont is much more time I am so mad is not fair

I just saw a guy commenting on another post that he is waiting from Nov 2019 and nothing new has happened and this is making me depressed

I feel like some cases have been put on the shelf. I wrote a letter asking them to tell me where my case is hoping that will revive my case. anything that makes them look at your case helps. 9 months of waiting without any hope is torture.
