am in removal proceedings my attorney file motion to terminate removal proceedings with immigration court about 3 weeks ago still have nothing my question is that any one have experience how it works and how to figure out dhs attorney ?
and is this must to send a copy to dhs attorney???
because as i know my attorney only send documents to immigration court please?

Can’t edit address online during adjudicating process??
For those that filed online. When you go to MyUscis to check your case, what happens when you try to change your mailing address in the profile section? I tried doing it out of curiosity and it gave me a message saying “You cannot edit your mailing address or physical address during this part of the adjudication process.” Does anyone else also see that message pop up?

What does you cannot edit your mailing address and physical address during this part of the adjudication process mean?
I am still waiting for my I-130 (Spouse) to be adjudicated. In my online account profile section there is a prompt that says:, "You cannot edit your mailing address and physical address during this part of the adjudication process." Could it be that they are in the process of reviewing my case?

Green card Vs. I-765
Once Greencard has been approved, do I still need I-765 card to apply for jobs or only my greencard is required to apply for jobs?
Reason for asking: I did biometrics 45days back and my interview is less than 2 weeks away. I am surprised my I-765 says card is been produced today. Doesn’t make sense to me to produce I-765 card when interview for GC is close.
