Work permit rejected
I applied for AOS for myself, my wife and daughter and our i765 has been rejected sent back to is with all our documents including the i693 we sent along. They said expired i765 forms. But the forms and fees for our AOS its self was not included. Has anyone experience this b4 and what did u do. I am planning to refile for the work permit though.
Why did they open and send the i693?

yes i just check they have updated it. But wen i was sending the package the updated version was not available.
Did ur wife reapply too and what happened to her AOS forms

My filed office Challotte NC and my pd is 03/2020. Wen i checked the new form it has been dated on 07/31/2021 while i filed my application 07/22/2021. So i sent it b4 they updated so why the rejection. Its not also fair to have waited all these while. Z.A. Original

just go to your doctor to get another sealed copy

@Ekun o i noticed that they scan all the documents return the original to me. They also withheld my daughter I693. All is confusing to me now. I dont know whether to submit all the documents they sent back with the new i765 forms or leave them out. Anyone has been in this situation should help me out
