I have the same problem. All my cases have the same update since I received my receipt notices. It only changed recently because I had my bio. My I 130 still have the same up date. My lawyer said that they resubmitted it from January but it never showed that they received it. They say that this does not affect my case.

yes it might show like I said in google chrome or any other browser if you press F12, go to the network tab and refresh the page. all the queries made to the website will show. then you can navigate through them and expand the data to see all the steps of each forms. I’ve seen there my G-28 was recently received while in the user interface it shows only the first thing I’ve seen months ago

Hi Nicholas, where do I find more information on network tab after refreshing the page. There’s is a lot of info, codes but I didn’t find anything about the status of my cases

@Liam wish I could post screenshots. so in the network tab, you should see a table with multiple columns (name, status, type, initiator, etc etc…) click on one of the graphql queries being returned. by clicking on it, you’ll what we call a JSON object composed of data. extend it. data > case > contents > 0,1,2 etc etc you can have fun parsing the structure and check the information :)

ok! no problem! there are duplicates graphql for the same form. one contains more info than the other so don’t hesitate to check both
