please my colleague at work says she just realized that, her husband had a dui some years ago but didn’t include that when he filed a fiancé visa for her. pd is February 24,2021. please will that cause a delay in their approval. thanks 😊

no don’t contact USCIS .. they won’t even ask until you turning citizen .. he is already citizen so it does not matter if it was you then is a problem

never tell them now . until interview .. just get court documents showing he paid or he served the terms .. you have to show it at interview not now you already submitted .. this is not legal advice but from experience

thanks everyone. but @ Sparking Praise, my friend is sad it will affect her. please what form of assurance can I give her. as in prove for her to relax. she has even put this on discussion on lawfully with the name Vida Mochia

@Bhaskar, they have been approved. approval was in November and they are yet to complete NVC process
