check what is your category in CEAC-but it looks like your US CITIZEN father applied for you 7 years ago- when you were not married and you didn’t have a kid - so your petition was approved within 7 years. Now like Kiki mentioned- you will have 2 option- explain your current situation, change your category- which i think will be F3, wait for 5-7 more years for your PD to be current. or come to USA IN CURENT category and then petition for your child from yourself. YOUR DAD can’t do anything
