RFE received today after expedite request
FINALLY we received an RFE today (by email) after submitting our 3rd expedite request on JUL 16...i do hope it will be approved after we submit our evidence...fingers crossed! And praying fervently!! 🙏🏾

@Michael Jordan I am requesting the expedite for a few complex medical reasons related to me and my children...BUT, it took 3 times before they even asked for my evidence. I'm just happy they have even asked for it this time....the first 2 times they denied my request without even asking for proof...

thanks for asking @alsu t. No, I have not heard anything yet since submitting all the evidence on Aug 5. I called today, and the person I spoke with said there is no timeframe, I just have to wait...its very frustrating
