Hey guys I have a question. My daughter is in Jamaica she’s 12yrs old my husband is filling for her my documents are being processed. She doesn’t have a visa is there anyway I can get her here to visit while her documents are being processed? Or we have to wait?

i131 and i765 question

hello guys i have a question .i applied to get ead combined card travek and work but each form has different porcessing time work permit it takes 7 months and travel document it takes only 5 months ,when I asked the USCIS they said if the forms filled together the card will be folllowing the processing time of Work permit (7 months) im thinking to withdrawel the i 765 i need to travel ASAP,and exepdite got deneid what s your advices and thoughts ? thanks

it’s been 533 days since I file for my husband I submitted a few inquiries they got denied I submitted another because of my pregnancy this year . last year I had a terrible miscarriage this year I’m pregnant and I live alone ☹️ they finally told me that I need a doctors letter saying that I’m My pregnancy is high risk i need the support of my husband I usually go see him every month can’t travel with my condition should I keep my hopes high ?

My case is already in NVC and I already submitted all the documents just waiting to get DQ'ed. Problem is the oath taking for my citizenship is on October. My question is, is it better to delay the oath taking or just take the citizenship qnd upgrade my case in NVC but I'll take make another I-130 for my daughter since she is a derivative when I filed my case.

Any idea when approval will take place?

I submitted an expedited request and they gave me a request service number. However I misplaced the number. Do I need that number for something or to keep track of my case?

I just received 2 notifications, 1 from the 18th stating request for additional evidence and 2nd one today stating request for initial evidence. Did anyone encountered this before? I included all evidence I can think of on my application. It just feels weird that they are requesting 2 types of evidence from our case. Thank you in advance to anyone who has an insight on this!
