Hello, I want to know if some had the same trouble. I’m the beneficiary and I been all my proccess in USA since I got married. last week they approved the I130 and sent it to the State Deparment, now the want to do my interview in Mexico, I already have my BIO her. someone know what can I do? thanks

es normal que otra vez vuelvan a pedir evidencia? pidieron evidencia para el form 130 que por cierto ya está aprobado. Para el form 485 me están volviendo a pedir evidencia 😑

I-485 Eligibility?
I submitted my I-130 on 8/23/21 and received receipt notice on 8/24/21. What should I put under “current visa status” on my I-485 if my SEVIS was terminated (because I take a gap year for F1 visa this year) on 8/24/21?
I did enter the US with a valid visa in 2019 but it has since expired.

Submit form I-485 without I-130 approval?
Permanent resident husband (based in the US now) filed for my F2A form I-130 in 03/2021. Final action date for my country (Philippines) is Current.
Haven't received an approval notice yet.
I've read that I-485 can be filed concurrently with I-130 in some cases, but what would be the best course of action if there is no approval yet? Should we wait for approval before filing I-485?

looking for advice
My PERM and I-140 was filed in a location A. Ready to file I-485 but am currently in location B. My H1B / LCA permits me to work in both locations. 485 will be filed with location A as primary worksite.
Does it raise red flags if I take my biometrics and potential interview in location B given the job is tied to location A. I would be listing location B as the primary residence address at the time of filing. I really would like to not travel to location A in the pandemic with the whole family. My wife has had a full time job in location B so I used to travel between the two locations for the last couple of years. I understand the obligation to move to location A post 485 approval which I am happy to do. Thanks in advance.

Hi guys,
So my husband is a US citizen with a US passport. However, he was born in Europe and we don't have his birth certificate. Is his US passport enough to bring to the 485 interview? He became a US citizen 10 years ago. Our 130 was already approved back in April. I have my foreign birth certificate and foreign passport. Thanks!
