Hi Family, please need advice for people who petition for a relative outside the US, during the NVC stage, how many paystub are we required to submit?

my dad lawyer have my mom submit 6 months bi weekly paystub so in all 12 pages

my dad lawyer said to send because sometimes they don't trust the transcript and w2 anybody can tamper with those but paystub is original idk

please I just got a job offer today that will meet the poverty guidelines for a household of 5 people. I want to submit my mom case today, so by the time it is approved I will have some paystub. now my w2 for this year is filed jointly with my husband. do I still have to submit the w2 filed joinly?

when you petition there is a group on Facebook they can help you through the process.very often on the group I see different stories .where people have to send financial proof..eg.W2s and paystubs..so you can send you tax transcript and w2s for now unless otherwise they ask for it
