Submit form I-485 without I-130 approval?
Permanent resident husband (based in the US now) filed for my F2A form I-130 in 03/2021. Final action date for my country (Philippines) is Current.
Haven't received an approval notice yet.
I've read that I-485 can be filed concurrently with I-130 in some cases, but what would be the best course of action if there is no approval yet? Should we wait for approval before filing I-485?
Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

our Lawyer filed just i130 then when my hubby became a citizen we upgraded and filed the rest of the forms. i130 was approved after we got an RFE . Then we filed the rest of the forms. When we were given a go ahead.

if your final action date is current then yes, you can proceed to the next step

@Z.A I'm starting to believe USCIS officials don't even follow their own instructions that's on the site. Concurrent filing doesn't apply to all. For marriage based, it's only applied to USC with spouses that resides in the US. Everybody else has to wait until a visa is ready. In your case Z.A you shouldve concurrently filed cause you're a USC there was no need for you to wait

Thank you all for your answers! It is clear now that the petitioner should be a USC to do concurrent filing
