please how do you expedite case…. I tried checking the website. is there an email to send a request too. please help me out

Rene Emma. Call USCIS on the given number:(800-375-5283) , they will ask you for your receipt number and other information. Press 1 - 1 - 2 - 2, a computerized voice will be responding after you press the numbers she will ask you where you would like to talk to a representative. After that you will have to wait for 45-1:30 hrs. Then you will be connected to a live representative. Usually they are Tier 1 or Tier 2 officers. Explain them your problem and why you want to file an expedite request. They will provide you with a expedite request number, write it down where you can find it later. Then they will update your case status page as expedite request received. Wait for a few days(can take upto 30 days) you'll get an email where you have to write them detailed explanation of your reason and attach supporting documents and send it on the email provided to you. They will review your case and then you will have your decision.

@M Milani i asked for humanitarian reasons twice with medical records of my father who is very sick and who I need to visit asap and always got denied the response i got: “even though it seems like a serious situation it doesnt fall under expedite criteria reasons” it’s unbelivable how heartless these ppl can be.

M Milani I expedited my case on August 17, based on humanitarian reason and I yet have not received any RFE. I called them and they said to wait at least 30 days.
